This walking beer tasting event takes patrons to various locations throughout the 25-block historic district, where they will find live music, snacks, special shopping deals, and beer tastings, of course.

Dog Days of Summer
Beat the heat while you shop during extended hours at many of the boutiques in Downtown Ruston, then head to Railroad Park to experience a performance from the LA Tech band and cheer team. This Ruston event was designed to welcome incoming Louisiana Tech University students to town, and it’s grown to attract locals and visitors alike.

Louisiana Peach Festival
Discover the homegrown flavors, art, music, and culture of Ruston, LA at the Annual Louisiana Peach Festival. The festival features 12+ hours of live music, a curated arts market, food vendors, kids activities, and more peachy fun in the heart of charming Downtown Ruston. And of course be sure to grab some peaches from some of our vendors.

Juneteenth Heritage Festival
While every year’s different, partake in fun throughout the week like a bake-off, fishing competition, poetry contest, car show, health walk, and fish fry at the Juneteenth Heritage Festival in Grambling. This annual festival in Lincoln Parish is a time to commemorate the end of slavery in the United States.
