Creole Croutons

Servings:
Varies on amount of bread used

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups day-old bread cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Toss the cubes of stale bread with the olive oil and Creole seasoning.
  3. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
