BLEND, the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council's premier fundraising event featuring food, libations & fine art, is back! The festival will be returning to the TCE Lobby of the Clarke M. Williams Innovation Campus, located at 100 CenturyLink Drive in Monroe. The "biggest party on the bayou" features local men and women who cook, local and legendary restaurant chefs, live music, drinks by local sponsors and a silent auction of original works by Region 8 artists! Ticket proceeds benefit the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council's programs and services.
