This long-standing event is a local favorite and showcases the true authentic Cajun culture of Lafourche Parish. Enjoy pirogue races on the bayou, a live boucherie, sauce piquante and potato salad cookoffs, cane syrup making, boats from the Center for Traditional Boat Building, and more!
