- 30 to 40 freshly shucked oysters
- Hot sauce
- Lemon wedges
- Prepared horseradish
- Worcestershire sauce
- Chilled tequila or vodka
- Assemble condiments on a tray and allow everyone to make their own cocktail sauce mixture to spoon over the oysters.
- Then, add a splash of tequila or vodka over each serving.
- Serve the shooters in shot glasses or small wine glasses.
